• Online payment: you must use a valid payment method that you are authorised to use. Payments are processed by secure third-party payment gateways, and we do not store your card or banking details.
• Cash on delivery: where available, you agree to pay the full amount to the delivery partner when your order arrives. Orders that are repeatedly refused or not accepted on delivery may lead us to disable cash on delivery for future orders.

Delivery times shown on the website or given by our team are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by things outside our control, such as courier delays, weather, strikes, incorrect addresses or unreachable phone numbers. You can cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible.
